You may submit genuine job listings, events, classified ads, business information, and service listings that are accurate and lawful.

You may apply for jobs by submitting your name, contact details, and resume through our job application system.

You may contact us through our contact form for legitimate enquiries related to our platform and services.

You may share content from HelloLocal on social media and other platforms for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit hellolocal.me as the source.

You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, job postings, or advertisements. This includes fake job offers, scam classified ads, and fictitious business listings.

You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or violates the rights of others.

You must not use HelloLocal to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or to harvest contact information of other users.

You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of our website or servers.

You must not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract content from HelloLocal without written permission.

You must not impersonate any person, business, or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

You must not post adult content, illegal goods/services, weapons, or any content that violates Indian law.

All listings (jobs, events, classifieds, businesses, services) are subject to review and approval by our team before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing without explanation.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. You grant HelloLocal a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on our platform.

Job listings must represent genuine employment opportunities. HelloLocal is not responsible for the conduct of employers or the accuracy of job descriptions.

Classified ads must be for legal items only. Transactions arising from classified ads are solely between buyer and seller — HelloLocal is not a party to any transaction and accepts no liability.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is reported as inaccurate, or is deemed inappropriate for our community platform.

Paid or featured listings, once published, are non-refundable unless HelloLocal fails to publish the listing through our error.

HelloLocal is a community information platform. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on listings, job postings, or other content on our platform.

We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes that arise between users, employers, or businesses discovered through our platform.

Our platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloLocal's liability for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free users).

HelloLocal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
